In this session, we’ll explore strategies for teaching effectively while maintaining patient-centered care, including how to engage learners, involve patients appropriately, and balance teaching with clinical responsibilities.

1. Balance patient-centeredness and learner autonomy during clinical teaching.

3. Interrupt bias in clinical teaching encounters.
