Dr. Deshpande is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and practices hospital medicine at the University of Washington Medical Center Montlake Campus in Seattle, WA. She is Associate Director of Medicine Student Programs and the Site Director for internal medicine clerkship students at Montlake. She also leads a faculty mentorship program for the GIM Division and is passionate about early-career faculty mentorship and professional development.
