Dr. Molnar cares for refugees at Harborview's International Medicine Clinic and teaches physicians-in-training about general patient care as well as primary care of immigrants and refugees as a faculty member at the University of Washington. Dr. Molnar has honed her skills as a coach working with medical students as a college mentor and college head over a decade and through work with residents and junior faculty. She enjoys the process of active inquiry and supporting individuals to find joy in their work. She leads workshops on primary care topics as well as clinical reasoning, teaching skills and navigating conflict.
