Session Overview
This session focuses on using competency-based frameworks to evaluate learners fairly and effectively. Educators will learn to recognize biased language in assessments and practice strategies for writing clear, constructive evaluations that reflect true learner performance.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Use competency-based frameworks to assess learners.
- Recognize and correct biased language in assessment.
- Write accurate assessments that reflect the competency of learners.
About the Clinical Teaching Certificate Program
