Simulation educators routinely use evidence-informed techniques to create psychologically safe environments that support learning, risk-taking, and honest reflection. In this session, participants will explore practical strategies including pre-briefing techniques and facilitating reflective debriefing. The lecture will focus on how these approaches can be intentionally translated from the simulation center to everyday clinical teaching environments, helping educators foster trust, engagement, and growth while maintaining high standards for patient care and learner performance.
