Support yourself by registering for the 2020 Election Support Series – Daily Reminders to Practice Resilience. Participants will receive and email from The Whole U every work day between Monday, October 26 and Friday, November 13 that includes a concrete, 5-15 minute action steps to support resilience, compassion, dor totheres and self care. 14 Day Election Stress Meditation October 26 – November 6 Find relaxation and a space to destress this election season through meditation.  Join Catherine Bachy and Jeff Leinaweaver from daily at noon for 15 minutes from October 26 – November 6. If you’re not careful though, you may use these avenues in unhealthy ways that make you feel worse. This training will help you implement healthy media consumption habits that don’t damage your mental and physical wellbeing.

UW Wellness Week | November 16-20

UW Wellness Week is a week dedicated to learning about the many resources and opportunities available at UW for faculty, staff, and students. Together, we’ll explore a wide variety of wellness topics, build community, and connect virtually. UW Wellness Week will be full of virtual events, classes, and drop-in sessions at different times and days of the week.

Here’s how UW Wellness Week works:

  1. Sign up here to secure your spot! Mark your calendar. UW Wellness Week is November 16—20.
  2. You will receive an email from The Whole U the week before UW Wellness Week inviting you to view the full week’s virtual schedule and to plan ahead for sessions you are most interested in.
  3. Starting November 16, attend any of the virtual classes, drop-in sessions, and seminars. You choose your own path!
