Purpose: CLIME is offering the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Medical Education Research Certificate (MERC). To receive the certificate participants must complete 6 half day sessions.

The session is hands-on and will require active participation.

Session: Measuring Educational Outcomes with Reliability and Validity

Facilitator: David A. Cook, MD, MHPE

This workshop introduces participants to the principles of score reliability and validity, using a combination of didactics and review of medical education research projects. The workshop is divided into two parts with group exercises designed to reinforce understanding of the main principles.

Registration: Space is limited to the first 25 registrants. Additional registrants will be added to a waiting list.  This opportunity is available for UW affiliated faculty, staff, and students.
