Projects related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Health Professions Education | 2019 CLIME Together Symposium Hackathon
CLIME members are invited to submit a new or ongoing project idea related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in health professions education as part of our hackathon session this year. Hackathons are events in which individuals work in teams for short, predefined periods to propose solutions to challenging problems using design thinking principles. This year, we are modifying our hackathon session to form small teams during the symposium around project ideas related to the topics discussed during our invited plenary session. The goal is to create a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and emphasizes deliverables that are innovative, feasible, sustainable and relevant.
To submit an abstract you must be a CLIME member. Membership is free and registration is easy. You can access the registration site here: http://clime.washington.edu/join-clime
Members may be the presenting author on one project for the hackathon session. We encourage members to present work that has been previously presented at other conferences as well.
