“Being a Resilient Leader” Interactive Workshop

Would you like to increase your day-to-day effectiveness, reduce stress, and inspire optimism in yourself and others? If so, the AAMC has a unique course for you!

Up to half of health care professionals today suffer from burnout, which harms well-being, work performance, and patient safety. A recent survey, in fact, revealed that 60 percent of today’s physicians would quit if they could. While most leaders recognize the harmful impact of worry and burnout, they don’t know how to address it.

The AAMC has designed a dynamic workshop to help academic medical staff and faculty meet the challenges that are causing a rise in anxiety, stress, and burnout, according to reports from faculty, administrators, and staff.

Being a Resilient Leader, an interactive two-day workshop, will give you the tools to meet your professional challenges and thrive in today's dynamic health care environment.
